Entrance
Phase 1
During the first phase of the process, we installed single layer of asphalt emulsion (Flingo). Then we installed double layer of Bituminous waterproofing membrane 4mm black.
By the end of the installation of the concrete, our company moved to the second phase of the insulation
Phase 2
During the second phase of the process, we installed 3 layers of cementitious insulation with grid between the layers.
Roof
Insulation with double layer of Bituminous waterproofing membrane at the roof of the Hotel. During the process, we installed double layer of asphalt emulsion (Flingo). Then we installed one layer of Bituminous waterproofing membrane 4mm black and a second layer of Bituminous waterproofing membrane 4mm mineral white. Alongside we installed plastic roof ventilators. At the end we installed 2 layers of white insulating paint.
Spa
Cementitious insulation at the spa of the hotel Parklane. The process contains, 3 layers of cementitious insulation with grid between the layers.
Tennis court
Insulation with single layer of Bituminous waterproofing membrane at Hotel’s Tennis Court. During the process, we installed single layer of asphalt emulsion (Flingo). Then we installed one layer of Bituminous waterproofing membrane 4mm mineral black Special Polyester in order to accept road asphalt.
Planters
Cementitious insulation at the planters of the Hotel. The process contains, 3 layers of cementitious insulation with grid between the layers. Then we installed two layers of MARISEAL 250â.
